My role as your Career and Life Coach is to help you achieve your professional and personal goals. Each Coaching Session is specifically designed around the needs of my clients.

Your first introductory Coaching Session is complimentary.

Introductory sessions last approximately 30 minutes.

The introductory session is a forum for the client to ask questions, understand the coaching process, and feel comfortable about creating this partnership.

We are located on the West Coast. Appointments can be arranged to accommodate other time zones.

The preferred commitment for the personalized coaching sessions is three months. Sessions are 45 minutes each (some may go up to 60 minutes).

E-mails and short phone calls between sessions are encouraged.

After committing to the coaching relationship, the client will begin the process by completing a comprehensive "Welcome Packet."

This packet is a comprehensive tool and is a crucial component of the coaching process.

What tools does a Coach use to begin to understand my issues?
We begin every coach-client relationship with a comprehensive welcome packet. This packet outlines:
- All of the policies and procedures of the relationship.
- A "Life Balance" worksheet to be filled out by the client.
- A series of exploratory questions about you, your expectations, your accomplishments, talents, etc.
- A detailed "Goals to Reach in 90 Days" exercise.

Fees

For coaching services, you can pay for either a single session or multiple sessions (four sessions at a time rate a 5% discount).

For consulting services, please select the "Consulting Services" PayPal icon and enter the pre-determined amount negotiated between your company and The Next Step Career Solutions.
